Because every piece is made to your measurements and specifications, it is exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Once your commission is confirmed and work has begun, deposits and payments are non-refundable. This is standard for bespoke bridal and lets us reserve materials and atelier time for you.
Each piece is checked by hand before it reaches you. If you notice a genuine fault in the making, let us know within 5 days of collecting or receiving it and we'll repair or remake it. After 5 days we're no longer able to offer a repair, so do look your piece over as soon as it's in your hands. Slight variation in the sheen and fall of the satin is natural to the cloth, not a fault.

Everything is made to measure so the final fit is confirmed at your first or second fitting depending on the person. The look will usually be fitted in calico first before proceeding with the final fabric.
Any extra design changes or alterations after this point may be quoted separately.
